This extension allows the user to request a particular X visual type to be associated with a GLX visual.

• In addition, this extension provides a means to request a visual with a transparent pixel and a mechanism to find the transparent pixel value, if there is one.
  
  
• With this extension, a RGBA context must be associated with a TrueColor or DirectColor visual and a color index context must be associated with a PseudoColor or StaticColor visual.
  
  
• The FBconfig extension must be used to link RGBA rendering to windows with PseudoColor visuals.
